Nissan Tekton Launched in India at Rs 13.69 Lakh: Check Price, Variants, and Features of the Hyundai Creta Rival

Nissan Tekton Mid-Size SUV Debuts at Rs 10.49 Lakh to Rival Creta
Nissan Motor India has officially launched its highly anticipated mid-size SUV, the Nissan Tekton, marking a bold return to one of the country’s most fiercely contested automotive segments. Unveiled on July 9, 2026, the Nissan Tekton is positioned as a direct challenger to the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, and Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara.
With a striking design, a feature-loaded cabin, and powerful turbo-petrol options, this SUV is designed to spearhead Nissan’s renewed volume offensive in the Indian market.
Nissan Tekton Variants and Introductory Pricing
Nissan has rolled out the SUV with competitive introductory pricing. Available in six key trims—Visia, Visia+, Acenta, N-Connecta, Tekna, and Tekna+—the pricing reflects a highly aggressive market strategy.
The premium Tekna variant starts at an introductory price of Rs 15,39,000 (ex-showroom).
The top-of-the-line, fully-loaded Tekna+ is priced at Rs 16,49,000 (ex-showroom).

A Bold Design Inspired by Global Icons
While the Nissan Tekton shares its rigid CMF-B platform with the upcoming Renault Duster under the global Renault-Nissan Alliance, it commands its own distinct visual identity. Borrowing design cues from the legendary global Nissan Patrol, the front fascia sports a full-width chrome-accented grille paired with signature C-shaped, 5-chamber LED connecting headlamps.
The SUV sits on premium 18-inch alloy wheels, and the rear is highlighted by full-width “SynchroFlow” C-shaped connected LED taillamps and a double-C contrast skid plate, giving it a mature, muscular road presence.

Safety remains a massive talking point.
