Regular students must complete the online application via the UDISE+ portal using their PEN-ID, in coordination with their junior college heads.
Private students (including those under vocational streams, repeaters, or category improvement schemes) must submit their forms through their respective junior college heads.

For private candidates, the deadline was adjusted slightly earlier: October 15 instead of October 20.
Additionally, the deadline for proposals to open new exam centers has been extended from September 30 to October 10, 2025.

In the 2025 cycle, over 15 lakh (1.5 million+) students registered for the MSBSHSE Class 12 exams—comprising 8,10,348 boys, 6,94,652 girls, and 37 transgender students.
