The wait is over for lakhs of UPPSC aspirants as the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has officially released the UPPSC PCS Admit Card for the Prelims examination 2025. Candidates who have applied for the Provincial Civil Services (PCS) and Allied Services examination can now download their hall tickets from the official website at http://uppsc.up.nic.in.

 

 

Exam Scheduled for October 12 Across 1,435 Centers

The UPPSC PCS Prelims 2025 will be conducted on October 12, 2025, in two shifts across 1,435 examination centers spread across all 75 districts of Uttar Pradesh. The first shift for General Studies Paper-I will begin at 9:30 AM and conclude at 11:30 AM, while the second shift for General Studies Paper-II (CSAT) is scheduled from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM. Each paper will be of two hours duration.

 

Major cities like Prayagraj have been allocated multiple centers to accommodate the large number of candidates. For instance, Prayagraj alone has 67 centers for approximately 28,000 candidates appearing for the examination.

Downloading your UPPSC PCS Admit Card is a simple process:

1. Visit the official UPPSC website at http://uppsc.up.nic.in

2. Click on the “Download Admit Card for P.C.S. and A.C.F./R.F.O. (PRELIMS) EXAMINATION – 2025” link

3. Enter your Registration Number/OTR Number, Date of Birth, Gender, and Verification Code

4. Click on ‘Submit’ to view your admit card

5. Download and take multiple printouts for exam day

The UPPSC PCS Admit Card contains crucial information including your name, roll number, examination center address with exact location, reporting time, and important exam day instructions. Candidates must verify all details carefully after downloading.

 

 

What to Carry on Exam Day

Printed admit card (in good condition)

Original government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, Driving License, or PAN Card)

Two recent passport-size photographs

 

Without these documents, entry to the examination center will be denied. Candidates are advised to reach the exam venue at least 90 minutes before the scheduled start time.
